CELAHKOTANEWS, DUMAI – BADAN Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenaga-kerjaan tengah mempersiapkan salah satu program wajib pemerintah dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan untuk melaksanakan program jaminan pensiun. Dan saat ini masih dalam tahap pembahasan rancangan peraturan pemerintah (RPP).
Ada kabar yang bisa merupakan sepercik harapan dan kabar gembira bagi rekan-rekan karyawan swasta. Sebagaimana umum diketahui, bahwa selama ini karyawan bisa menderitaketika mereka telah mencapai umur maksimal dan tidak dipekerjakan lagi.
Sebab ketika hal ini terjadi, karyawan swasta tidak menerima pensiun, sebagaimana laiknya para pegawai negeri atau PNS.
Artinya ketika ini terjadi maka karyawan (swasta ) sudah tidak bisa lagi memiliki penghasilan untuk keluarganya. Sedangkan karena umur ( tua ), tenaga dan kemampuan sudah sangat jauh berkurang. Namun kebutuhan keluarag harus tetap ditanggung.
Karena itu di pertenganhan tahun 2015 tepatnya di bulan juli BPJS ketenaga kerjaan merancang program pensiun bagi karyawan swasta yang tergabung dalam angota bpjs ketenagakerjaa,
BADAN Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenaga-kerjaan bisa merupakan sebuah angin segar – dan semoga bisa dan cepat terlaksana.
Sebab dikabarkan mulai bulan Juli tahun 2015 nanti, melalui salah satu program BPJS, seluruh karyawan swasta direncanakan sudah bisa memiliki hak jaminan hari tua. Sehingga masalah kesejahteraannya bisa setara dengan pegawai negeri sipil.
Meski untuk penerapan hal ini ada persyaratnya.hal ini juga diamini oleh kepala BPJS ketenagakerjaan cabang kota dumai.
asril mengatakan akan melakukan kerja sama dengan instansi pemerintah khususnya di bidang pelayan perizinan guna setiap perusahan yang ada wajib untuk mengikut sertakan karyawanya kedalam angota bpjs ketenaga kerjaa,hal ini juga di p[andang posif meningingat untuk kesematan kerja bagi karyawan swasta,di tambah lagi dengan saat ini banyak terjadi kecelakaan kerja di kawasan industru kota dumai ini.
Sejauh ini pula program yang sedang rancang ini sangatlah baik yang mana rencana pengelolaan gaji pensiun ( karyawan swasta ) tersebut masih dikaji oleh kementerian terkait. Semua aspek masih dihitung. hitungan secara garis besarnya adalah dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan perusahaan, tenaga kerja, serta pemerintah.
Beberapa persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk program pensiun swasta ini antara lain, dana pensiun tersebut didapatkan setelah karyawan berusia 55 tahun.
Sedangkan besaran uang pensiun akan disesuaikan dengan iuran serta lamanya menjadi peserta program jaminan pensiun.Namun pengelolaannya harus dikaji betul agar tidak timbul riak.
Dan bagi karyawan swasta, harapannya, agar lancar, mulus dan dapat segera terlaksana program tersebut.(0NE)
